Hello again to this group who are coming every Tuesday for the next three weeks to enjoy some of the many challenges that we will have lined up for them.  We have had a request for the Aerial Runway which is always very popular.    The work experience youngsters will be working alongside this group today setting up and helping out with some of the activities.

Nice to see this group back again for the first time this year.   The group leader has been coming to the Centre for the past 23 years with different students, she has always given 100% and she must have helped thousands of young people in her time.  Well done Del.  We will make sure that the group have a great time today.  Lots of volunteers in eager to learn so we will also be doing some staff training as well as looking after the group.

A party of ten children visiting to celebrate their friends birthday.  Enjoy archery and ladder balancing as well as many other party activities.  Happy 8th birthday!

A fantastic all day event for ten young people to take part in trust, team building and life challenging activities.

A new group of young people coming to visit us to enjoy the first of three  activity days.  Activities will include our challenging crate climb and aerial runway.

A brief outline of this weeks events here at the Centre.  Four school placements are starting today they are from Calderstones School and will be with us for 2 weeks.  During this time they will be learning new skills and working alongside the Senior Staff.    Eight of MYCT’s volunteers have now passed the “Grand National Archery Society” National Governing Body Award, which means that they can coach Archery sessions.  Well done to you all.  Bill is atending a First Aid coaching course, when he  passes it will mean that MYCT can run its own First Aid training course.

Three volunteer interviews this week.  Three big groups booked in and an Adventure Birthday Party to finish the week off.  Busy times ahead.

Ten young people visiting us from London for an action packed activity day.  This is a first time visit for this particular group and we are sure they will have a great day.

Thirty young people visiting today for an action packed full day of exciting activities which will include archery, orienteering and abseiling to name a few.  Pleanty of newly trained volunteers in to help out.

This group will be doing the aerial runway today followed by some team challenges.  Also for the very first time, they will be doing a new activity called team tennis.  Good luck to everyone!
